Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Geovise service (the "Service"), available at https://geovise.app, operated by Valentin Bracq, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur), SIRET 991 105 602 00015.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Geovise is a SaaS AI visibility analytics platform enabling users to measure and improve their website's presence in AI-generated responses (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). The Service includes:

• GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) diagnostics;
• visibility scoring and site audits;
• personalised improvement recommendations;
• rank tracking and site monitoring (depending on plan).

The Service is provided "as is". Geovise makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of scores generated by third-party AI models.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires registration with a valid email address. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity on your account. You must not share your account with others.

Geovise reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• submit URLs or data belonging to third parties without authorisation;
• overload or abuse the diagnostic infrastructure;
• circumvent security mechanisms or quota limits;
• reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service;
• use automated tools beyond normal usage.

5. Subscription & Billing

Geovise offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans (Pro, Full) priced as displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumer users (natural persons acting outside their professional capacity) residing in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription to a paid plan, under applicable consumer law.

However, by requesting immediate access to the Service at checkout, you expressly waive this right of withdrawal, acknowledging that the Service begins before the withdrawal period expires.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Geovise remain the exclusive property of Valentin Bracq and are protected by intellectual property laws. Diagnostic results generated for your account are yours to use freely for business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Geovise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated scores or temporary service interruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Consumer Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, EU consumer users may refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Membership with an approved consumer mediator is pending — this section will be updated once confirmed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

EU consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their country of residence.
